Unwind and relax on the water's edge with Sunset Beach and Pearsons Park right at your doorstep. Dip your toes into the refreshing waters, take a dip, bring your paddle boards and kayaks for an early morning paddle or simply rest under a tree reading your book while you watch the world go by.
If you have kids, this is a great place to watch them paddle in the water or kick a ball around the park. If fishing is your thing, then throw in a line (permit required) or head off for an adventurous bush walk or jump in the car and head to one of the pristine patrolled surf beaches at Birubi Beach, Fingal Bay or One Mile Beach.

Around 1km way on a short walk you will find the Marina where you can grab a bite to eat at one of the cafe's or restaurants or enjoy a beautiful meal watching the passing boats and enjoying the scenery. Also a short drive will take you to the Cheeky Dog for a relaxed pub meal or Rick Stein's at Bannisters for fine dining. Close by shops at Salamander Village are located conveniently for all your needs during your stay.
Soldiers Point offers a lovely relaxed holiday away from the hustle and bustle and is around a 15 minute drive to Nelson Bay or 10 minutes to the Salamander Bay Square.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $500 Security Deposit (PRE-AUTHORISATION) IS TO BE HELD. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or VISA.

You can anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
