This Port Stephens beach retreat offers two bedroom accommodation up to five guests ( six on request at booking), air conditioned for year round comfort and all the home conveniences of Wifi, Linens, a well equipped kitchen and laundry. A pathway from your back gate down to the beach, allows you to start your day with a morning beach stroll, Swimming, snorkelling, Fishing or Surfing and an outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand.
Free car and boat parking are available, and the Fingal Bay boat ramp is less than 200 m away. The BBQ and covered outdoor balcony over looking the shaded grassed yard are ready and waiting for you to cook up the day’s catch when you return.

Fingal beach is a glorious white sand beach tucked under Fingal Head. This family-friendly, patrolled surf beach is perfect to catch a wave, catch a fish, or just catch a sunrise on your early morning walk or for a relaxing Sunday afternoon drink overlooking the beach.
Fingal spit is a sand spit that links the mainland to Fingal Island. The island is still accessible by boat with a boat ramp available at the southern end of the beach or it is well worth taking a cruise which includes a fully guided nature walk visiting an Aboriginal fish trap lagoon, as well as Point Stephens Lighthouse and ruined caretakers cottage.
At the end of the beach you will find Barry Park hosting a whale watching platform to sit back and relax as they pass through from May to November. For those keen to really explore, the start of the beautiful National Parks coastal walk begins at Barry Park and flows all the way through to Anna Bay, boasting coastal views, wildlife and flora. It's not hard to see why Fingal beach is one of the most photographed locations in Port Stephens.
The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $300 Security Deposit (pre-authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.
The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
